入門包

入門包包括了所有你需要知道的內容:將會包括一個二月月曆模板、紀錄步數的方式、增加步數的貼士,以及有關運動與「身」「心」健康的資訊及更多。

The starter kit includes everything you need to complete the challenge - calendar template to track steps, ways to track your steps, tips to get your steps in, the health benefits on exercise  and more.

獲得獎賞

在二月期間完成超過 280,000 步,獲得來自支持與參與機構的獎賞。我們將會在挑戰結束後電郵表格,讓你紀錄你的總步數。

(挑戰成功者將需要提供紀錄證明)

Complete 280,000+ steps in the month of February for a reward, provided by our supporting and participating organisations. We will email you a form at the end of the challenge to log your total.

(Completers will need to show record as evidence)

How to track my steps

你可以透過電話應用程式,或任何提供每月總步數的手機應用程式,例如是 Steps App & Pedometer (App store/Play store), Samsung Health 或 Accupedo Pedometer (App store/Play store),來計算你的總步數。

請注意:我們與以上的建議應用程式並無任何利益及合作關係,以上所列的應用程式僅供參考用途。

You can track your step using your phone health app, or any mobile apps that provides the monthly total steps completed, e.g. Steps App & Pedometer (App store/Play store), Samsung Health and Accupedo Pedometer (App store/Play store).
