Gyms/Studios/Fitness Professionals: Tell your studio members and fellows trainers about #moveitformentalhealth. Hold a class to raise awareness of mental health and/or fundraise for Mind HK. If you're interested in holding an #moveithk event sometime during January 16 to February 17 2019, please fill out this form.

Corporates/Organisations: Advertise the initiative to your employees and make a joint team/company pledge, so you can promote mental wellness together. Find our workplace toolkit here

 

Schools & Sport Clubs: Hold a tailored P.E. or sports session using our resources and curriculum guidelines. For further ideas and guidelines, please refer to our toolkit here. 

 

Individuals: Pledge to move every day or something different – join one of our challenges or create your own. The Mind HK team has pledged 31 hours of activity from Jan 16 to Feb 17, an average of one hour per day! For further guidelines, download our booklet here. Log your move it for mental health minutes here - even just one class or hike between Jan 16 to Feb 17 will make a difference! 

 

Feeling Generous? Donate to Mind HK or set up a fundraiser or special event to encourage yourself, your workplace, or your friends to move more. You’ll support our ongoing community projects and mission to improve mental health across Hong Kong. If you're interested in learning more, please email carol.liang@mind.org.hk

學校和體育組織:利用我們準備的資料和課程指南來開一節體育課程(即將提供)

 

個人:認捐每天運動 – Mind HK 團隊認捐了在活動進行期間(1月16日 - 2月 17日)完成31小時運動;大約每日1小時!您也可以試試參與我們的挑戰,或自己設計活動。

 

慈善關懷:捐款給 Mind HK 、設計自己的籌款活動或自創活動來鼓勵自己、同事或朋友多做運動。這樣會支持我們的後續活動和使命。很快會有詳細資料。
