問:是次活動是免費參與的嗎?

問:我可以在 2 月 1 日後才登記嗎?

可以!你可以在 2 月 19日 23:59 前登記。不過我們建議你盡量在二月初先登記,讓你可以有更多時間完成挑戰,和收到所有相關的貼士與資源。

問:如果我並不是身處在香港,可以參加挑戰嗎?

任何人都可以參加大踏步挑戰!然而某些獎賞、折扣或特別優惠僅限於身處香港的市民。

問:我可以邀請全公司一起參與嗎?
可以!你可以讓公司以團體形式參與、為 Mind HK 籌款,或成為參與機構,在你的平台上推廣是次挑戰,鼓勵其他人參與。如想了解更多以團體形式挑戰,請電郵至 melissa.kong@mind.org.hk 聯絡 Mind HK 發展及夥伴合作經理 Melissa Kong。

Q: Can I sign up after February 1st?

Yes! You may sign up anytime before February 19th and 11:59 pm. However, we recommend you sign up by early February, in order to make the most of this challenge and receive all relevant tips and resources.

Q. I am not based in Hong Kong, can I join the challenge?

Anyone can join the stepathon! However, some rewards and discount codes/special offers are limited to Hong Kong-based participants.

Can I get my company involved?
Yes! You can get your company to join the challenge as a team, fundraise for Mind HK, or partner with us and spread the word on your platform to encourage others to join. For more information on joining the challenge as a team, please contact Melissa, our Development and Partnerships manager, at melissa.kong@mind.org.hk.

問:我能如何完成步數?

你可以隨時隨地獲得步數——無論是散步、跑步、行山、攀石、跳繩、大字跳... 發揮你的小宇宙!記得要注意按照政府的防疫指引。

問:我需要一次過完成 280,000 步嗎?

不用!不要擔心,你不需要一次過完成 280,000 步。你可以將步數平均地在二月內完成——無論是每日 10,000 步,或是週末的長途山徑亦可。

問:我需要每日達成 10,000 步嗎?

不用!不過如果你為自己訂立完成「每日 10,000 步」的目標,我們也無任歡迎。你可以透過任何方式在二月內完成 280,000 步(例如在週末安排一些長途山徑)。但如果你想透過更有規律的方式完成挑戰,每日 10,000 步也是個不錯的方法喔!

 

問:我可以以團隊方式完成 280,000 步嗎?

我們鼓勵每個人獨自完成 280,000 步,當然你也可以與朋友一起運動。記得要注意按照政府的防疫指引!

問:我們如何完成 280,000 步會有影響嗎?

我們明白目前的疫情及防疫政策可能讓你難以獲得步數,因此我們鼓勵你發揮創意——不論是透過散步、跑步、行山、攀石、跳繩、大字跳... 達成 280,000 步,方法任你揀!

問:我可以如何證明自己達成 280,000 步呢?

我們將會採用誠實制——我們相信你。請你在記錄總步數時不要撒謊!我們將需要你拍攝你填好的 #MoveItHK 月曆或上傳你在二月期間的每月總步數應用程式截圖給我們。

Q: How to get my steps in?

You can get your steps in anytime at anywhere - be it by walking, running, hiking,, bouldering, skipping, jumping jacks … get creative! Remember to always follow the government COVID-19 guidelines!

Q. Do I need to do 10,000 steps per day?

No! If you want to set this goal for yourself, then you are more than welcome to. Complete 280,000 steps however you want (e.g. via planning more long hikes over the weekend). However, if you want a more structured approach, aiming for 10,000 steps per day is a great way to achieve this! 

Q: Do I need to complete 280,000 steps in one go?

No! Don’t worry, you won’t need to complete 280,000+ steps in one go. You can spread it out in the month of February - be it 10,000 steps a day, or a long hike over the weekend to get your steps in. 

Q: Can I complete 280,000 steps as a group?

We encourage everyone to complete 280,000 steps individually, but you can always exercise and bring a friend along. Please remember to follow the government COVID-19 guidelines.

Q: Does it matter how we complete the 280,000+ steps?

We understand it can be difficult to get your steps in with the COVID-19 restrictions. Therefore, we encourage you to get creative - be it by walking, running, hiking, bouldering, skipping, jumping jacks… the choice is yours!

Q: How can I prove that I've completed 280,000+ steps?

We're going to use an honour system - we trust you. Please don't lie when you log your total at the end of the challenge! We will require you to take a photo of our printable calendar template (filled out) or share a screenshot from an app that shows your monthly total of steps in February.

問:我能如何計算步數?

你可以透過電話應用程式,或任何提供每月總步數的手機應用程式,例如是 Steps App & Pedometer  (App store/Play store)、 Samsung Health 或 Accupedo Pedometer (App store/Play store),來計算你的總步數。(請注意:我們與以上的建議應用程式並無任何利益及合作關係,以上所列的應用程式僅供參考用途。)

參與挑戰,獲得我們的 #MoveItHK 二月月曆模板,並記錄你在二月期間完成的步數!我們將會在挑戰結束後向你發送電郵,邀請你記錄你的總步數。

問:我如何在挑戰結束後紀錄我的距離?

Mind HK 團隊將會在挑戰結束後(三月初)向所有參加者發送表格連結。屆時請填妥表格並記錄你的總步數。我們建議你使用能顯示每月總步數的應用程式或我們的列印月曆模板,方便你在日後上傳紀錄。

問:有什麼獎賞?

獎賞由我們的 #MoveItHK 支持及參與機構提供。

問:每個人都會獲得獎賞嗎?

所有在二月期間完成 280,000+ 步的參加者將可以獲得其中一份由支持機構提供的獎賞。瀏覽我們的「Move It 獎賞」頁面了解更多不同獎賞。

問:我可以如何獲得獎賞?

所有成功完成大踏步挑戰的參加者在挑戰結束後登記自己的紀錄,將可以獲得獎賞。我們將會透過電郵向參加者聯絡有關事宜。挑戰成功者將需要提供每月總步數的畫面截圖或 #MoveItHK 列印月曆畫面作證明。

Q: How can I track my steps?

You can track your step using your phone health app, or any mobile apps that provide the monthly total steps completed, e.g. Steps App & Pedometer (App store/Play store), Samsung Health and Accupedo Pedometer (App store/Play store) (Please note that we are not affiliated, associated, or in any way connected with the recommended apps). 

 

Join the challenge to receive our printable calendar template and log your step in February! We will email you a form at the end of the challenge to log your total.

Q: How to log my record at the end of the challenge?

The Mind HK Team will send all participants a link after the challenge has ended (in early March). Complete the form and log your total steps completed in February. We recommend using an app that shows your monthly total steps or our printable calendar template, so you can upload this to log your record. 

Q: What are the rewards?

The rewards will be a range of gifts provided by our lovely supporting organisations.

Q: Will everyone get a reward?

Everyone who completed 280,000 steps or more, and logged it after the challenge, can receive one or more of the rewards. Visit Our ‘Move It reward’ page to read about all the reward categories.

Q: How do I get a reward?

All participants that successfully complete the stepathon challenge and log their record after the challenge can receive a reward. Participants will be contacted by Email. All completers are required to show a screenshot of their monthly total steps record (from any app), or their #moveithk printed calendar in order to receive a reward.
