At Mind HK, safety is always our top priority. Given the flu season and Coronavirus outbreak, we ask all ‘#MoveItHK’ participants to take extra safety precautions during this time and follow government guidelines. At all times, we encourage you to take extra precautions: wash your hands before and after working out, wear a mask when in the community or in crowded areas, avoid hiking in groups and in crowded areas, and refer to government guidelines: https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/eng/index.html. Mind Mental Health Hong Kong Ltd (Mind HK) is not liable for any injuries incurred whether as a participant of Move it for Mental Health or otherwise. Please exercise caution when exercising outdoors. We do not recommend completing 50km in one day. Only do what you feel comfortable doing and what is appropriate for your fitness level. 

Prior to exercising, please consult your physician or other health care professional to decipher if it is right for your needs. Extra caution should be taken if you or your family has a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you are not regularly physically active. If you feel ill and experience dizziness, shortness of breath, headaches, or faintness, please stop exercising immediately.

運動前請先向你的醫生或其他醫護人員查詢是否適合你目前的狀況。如果你或你的家人曾有高血壓或心臟病等病歷紀錄,或並沒有恆常運動的習慣,請格外小心。如果你感到不適,並經歷頭暈、氣喘、頭痛,或暈眩,請立刻停止運動。
