Use our print calendar template, distance tracker app such as Trailwatch or Strava, or your own distance tracker (e.g. FitBit/Apple Health) 

你可以使用我們可列印的#MoveIt 月曆、TrailwatchStrava 等距離紀錄應用程式,或不同電子產品(如FitBit、Applewatch等)在二月紀錄你的戶外運動距離。
